My art process
Primarily I work on a free software called Krita. Usually drawing characters as that is what I am most comfortable and confident in when I create, but I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself. For more complicated backgrounds that require perspective to look good(or just figuring out lighting), I use Blender to block out the general shapes and then bring the image to my art program to create my or the client's vision.
I always save images when I think they could make for an interesting artwork reference. My Pinterest has over thousands of references saved for myself when I draw. Whenever I can, I always write down or doodle new concepts for future use. If I get stuck on making an image look interesting, I go to my trusty inspiration folder.
